4 eggs
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil
3 sq. chocolate or 9 tbsp. cocoa
3 c. grated, unpared, raw zucchini
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. nuts (optional)

If using squares of chocolate, melt by putting them in the oil and heating. Combine all ingredients.

Pour into 2 greased medium loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes or until it tests done. Makes 2 medium loaves.
