PUMPKIN SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. quick oatmeal or rolled oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter-

Mix until crumbly. Press into 9 x 13 inch ungreased pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Next, combine: 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk 2 eggs 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/4 tsp. ground cloves 1 tsp. cinnamon

Pour on top of baked crust and bake 25 minutes. Then mix: 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 tbsp. soft butter

Sprinkle over pumpkin mixture and continue to bake for another 20 minutes. Cool. Cut in squares. Serve with whipped dessert topping or ice cream.
