2 c. sugar 1 c. milk 1 stick butter 1 c. sugar 4 c. pecans In large pan, boil 2 cups sugar, milk and butter. Boil in small pan 1 cup sugar and melt on low heat until light and brown. Pour slowly over ingredients in large pan and cook a few minutes longer. Add pecans and stir until it loses its gloss. Pour or spoon in buttered pan.
