PINEAPPLE DELIGHT 
2 pkgs. Tapioca pudding
2 pkgs. lemon Jello
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. Cool Whip

Prepare pudding and set aside. Prepare Jello and set aside. Refrigerate until set or overnight.

Combine pudding and Jello (which has been broken up or slightly beaten). Add drained pineapple and Cool Whip. Mix well and serve. May be topped with garnish, cherry or spoon of Cool Whip.
