BOSTON BAKED BEANS 
1 lb. red kidney beans
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. molasses
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/4 lb. salt pork
1 onion
4 c. water

Soak beans overnight. Boil beans until skin breaks when you blow on them. Rinse. Put beans and all other ingredients in bean pot. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 4 to 5 hours, take off cover for last half hour.
