1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding (3 oz.)
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. chocolate chips
Few nuts

Mix cake mix, pudding mix, milk and eggs for 4 minutes. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Can also use butterscotch pudding and chips. Even better second or third day.
