CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pie shell
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped bell peppers
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce

Bake pie shell at 425 degrees until just set and partially baked. Remove and set aside. Brown beef in small amount of fat or oil. Mix beef with remaining ingredients and spoon into pie shell. Cover with cheese topping.

CHEESE TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
