CHEESE BALL 
1 stick butter
1 pkg. cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
Garlic salt
Chopped nuts

Melt butter, cut up cheddar cheese and add butter. Mix well, add cream cheese, onion, and garlic salt. Blend well. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour. Shape into balls, roll in nuts.
