2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. allspice
3 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. applesauce

Dump all ingredients in large mixing bowl; mix thoroughly. Cook in 350 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes or until straw comes out clean. Add glaze if desired, but delicious plain.

GLAZE:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
5 tbsp. milk

Mix well and pour over warm cake. For muffins, pour batter in greased muffin cups, bake 20 minutes.
