2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 jars strained baby food apricots
1 tsp. cloves or allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Mix dry ingredients, then stir in other ingredients. Grease pan lightly or spray with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 55 minutes in bundt pan.
