APRICOT SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
5 eggs
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
2 c. crushed herb stuffing mix
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. pecan meal (walnuts will work too)
1/2 c. chopped onions

APRICOT SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE:

1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/4 c. apricot jam (12 oz. jar)
1 c. catsup
1/4 c. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
Dash hot pepper sauce

Mix meatballs, form into 2 inch balls and place in an oiled casserole dish. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Do not cover.

Makes 24 2-inch meatballs.
