SWEET-SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
Grated onion
1 (1 lb.) can pineapple chunks, drained
Sweet-Sour sauce

Mix first 5 ingredients, 1/3 cup water, and 1/2 cup pineapple chunks; cut up. Shape in small balls. Bring sauce to a boil. Add meatballs and remaining pineapple chunks, and simmer covered 25 minutes. Serve hot in chafing dish.

SWEET-SOUR SAUCE:

In skillet, mix 2/3 cup catsup, 2/3 cup cider vinegar, and 1/3 cup packed brown sugar. Easy and very good.
