LEMON GLAZED PUMPKIN SPICE CAKE 
1 pkg. spice cake mix
1 (16 oz.) can mashed cooked pumpkin
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
2-3 tbsp. lemon juice
Walnut halves

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine cake mix, pumpkin, oil and eggs. Beat at low speed 2 minutes, scrape sides occasionally. Stir in raisins and chopped walnuts. Turn into greased 2-3 quart fluted pan. Bake 40-50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.

Combine until smooth confectioners' sugar, lemon peel and enough lemon juice for glaze consistency. Drizzle glass over cake. Garnish with walnut halves. Slice with serrated knife.
