CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breast, boiled (cut in sm. pieces)
1 lb. Jimmy Deans (reg.) sausage, cooked & drained
1 box Uncle Bens French style rice for chicken (cooked)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup (mix these together)
1 pkg. bread crumbs

Line bottom of dish with small pieces of chicken. Next put a layer of cooked rice, next put a layer of sausage, next put a layer of soup. Repeat each layer again, chicken, rice, sausage and soup. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees until bubbly and bread crumbs brown.

Note: Rice may be cooked in chicken broth. Cheese may be sprinkled on top to garnish.
