CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. crabmeat
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
Dash of cayenne
3 egg yolks, beaten
1/3 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of Tabasco
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk

Melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour and seasonings, except Tabasco. Add evaporated milk gradually and cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Stir in a little hot sauce into beaten egg yolks. Add to sauce, stirring constantly. Add crabmeat and Tabasco. Put in baking dish. Bake in a moderate oven, 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until light brown.
