BROCCOLI-SAUSAGE QUICHE 
2 frozen pie shells
1 lb. ground spicy sausage
1 (10 oz.) pkg. cut broccoli
1 c. heavy cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Velveeta
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
4 eggs, well beaten
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake pie shells, let cool. Cook sausage and broccoli separate. In double boiler, heat cream, cheddar and Velveeta, until melted, let cool. Add eggs and mix well. Layer sausage and broccoli and pour egg mixture over all. Sprinkle with Mozzarella. Bake 30 to 45 minutes until nicely browned.
