BLUEBERRY JELLO SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. blackberry jello
1 can blueberries (not pie filling)
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. boiling water
8 oz. carton sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Chopped pecans

Mix jello with boiling water. Add juice of drained fruit and let cool. Add fruit and let mixture congeal. Mix sour cream, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread on jello. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.

Also good with strawberry jello/strawberries or peach jello and peaches. Whatever jello flavor is used, use same type of fruit.
