CHIPPED BEEF CASSEROLE 
1/4 lb. cut up chipped beef
1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
2 hard cooked eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1/2 lb. (2 c.) mild grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. grated onion

Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

I made this Chipped Beef Casserole for supper we loved it. This recipe is a keeper. I changed it just a little where it says to prepare the CHIPPED BEEF CASSEROLE and let it set overnight Cover and refrigerate overnight this morning I put everything together and as I pulled it out of my oven this recipe was so yummy.
