BREAD DRESSING 
(Varying the amounts won't ruin it; let your tastebuds decide. You can use it as a casserole or stuffing.)

Large bowl of dried bread crumbs
3 to 4 tbsp. sage
2 tsp. (each) salt, parsley
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
3 to 4 eggs
2 c. (each) milk, chicken broth (or water)
Cut up giblets

Mix (should be very moist); bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
