SNOWBALL CAKE 
2 boxes unflavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. salt
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained
3 envelopes Dream Whip (prepared according to pkg.)
1 lg. angel food cake
1/2 c. well drained Maraschino cherries, cut up (fold in with pineapple)
4 tbsp. cold water
3/4 c. sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
1 can flake coconut

Soften gelatin in cold water; add boiling water, sugar, salt, lemon juice, pineapple and cherries. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Cool completely. Fold in Dream Whip. Chill until syrup. Break cake into small pieces. Line large mixing bowl with waxed paper. Alternate layers; fruit mixture, then cake, mash down with spoon after each layer of cake. Freeze overnight. Unmold and rice with one envelope of Dream Whip. Sprinkle coconut over top and side of cake.
