THREE WEEK SLAW 
3 lb. cabbage, chopped fine
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 onions, chopped
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. salt

Mix cabbage, pepper, onions and sugar. Let stand one hour.

Bring vinegar, oil, celery seed and salt to boil. Pour over cabbage mix. Stir well.

This will keep in refrigerator 3 weeks.
