1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 (12 1/2-13 oz.) can tuna, drained(10 3/4 oz.) can condensed New England clam chowder
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
