CHICKEN WINGS 
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. honey
2 lbs. chicken wings

Cut wings apart and throw away tips. Combine all other ingredients and cook until clear. Line shallow pans with foil and place wings in pans. Brush with glaze and bake at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour, turning and brushing with glaze several times.
