CHINESE PORK SHOULDER STEAKS 
1 beef bouillon cube
1/3 c. hot water
1 tsp. ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
6 pork shoulder steaks 3/4 inch thick

Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water. Add ginger, garlic, salt, sugar, honey and soy sauce to bouillon. Marinate steaks in bouillon marinade in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, turning occasionally. Remove steaks from marinade and grill for 30 to 45 minutes, basting frequently with marinade or bake steaks at 325 degrees for 45 minutes, brushing frequently with marinade.
