CHICKEN SALAD FOR 8 
4 whole chicken breasts
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 sm. onion, grated
Hellman's mayonnaise

Boil chicken breasts. Remove meat from bones and chop in pieces. Add celery, onion and lots of mayonnaise.

This can be served on Lettuce with Deviled Eggs and Tomato Wedges and topped with Cashews. Or, you may serve it on Cantaloupe or Pineapple Ring with Green Grapes or Pineapple Chunks added at the last minute.
