PINA COLADA POUND CAKE 
1 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 can Bacardi Pina Colada drink mix, thawed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream Crisco, sugar and eggs together. Sift flour, salt and baking powder together and add to creamed mixture, along with milk, vanilla and 1/2 can of Pina Colada drink mix. Pour into greased tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove cake from oven when done and pour remaining drink mix into crevices of cake.
