CHERRY PUDDING 
2 cans tart cherries
2 tbsp. red food coloring
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. white cake mix
2 sticks melted butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Use 8 1/2 x 12 inch pan. Pour cherries, juice and coloring in pan, then sprinkle sugar over top. Then sprinkle cake mix and pour melted butter over. Top with chopped pecans. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
