CRANBERRY-ORANGE SALAD 
1 pkg. cherry Jello
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 orange (with rind)
1 c. whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. chopped celery

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Wash the unpeeled orange, cut in quarters and remove seeds. Put orange quarters with rind through food chopper. Fold cranberry sauce, chopped orange, nuts and celery into gelatin and pour into mold. Chill until firm. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
