RICE - OLIVE SALAD 
3/4 c. rice, cooked
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped olives
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped celery
Dash of pepper

Prepare rice according to directions; let cool. Add chopped onion, celery and olives. In a separate bowl mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, pepper and vinegar. Pour dressing over rice and mix well. Garnish with paprika and fresh parsley.
