PEACH CRISP 
4 med. peaches, sliced (about 3 c.) OR 2 (16 oz.) cans sliced peaches, drained
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
3 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange peaches in square 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle over peaches. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until peaches are tender. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream. Serves 6.
