PEACH CRISP 
4 peaches (or more)
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 c. butter
Cinnamon

Peel, pit peaches. Slice peaches and put in 8 x 8 inch baking pan. Combine flour, sugar and baking powder. Use fork to add egg and make crumbs. Pour crumb mixture on peaches. Melt butter and pour over crumbs. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Can use this recipe for apple crisp or blueberry crisp. Adjust times more for apples and less for blueberries.
