PEACH DESSERT 
1 c. cake flour
1 c. sugar
1 scant tsp. baking soda
Pinch salt
1 1/3 c. drained diced peaches

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in baking dish. Spread batter over butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans, broken. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve with whipped cream. Keeps well.
