1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. melted butter
4 eggs
1 lg. can pumpkin
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. chopped nuts

Set aside 1 cup of cake mix. Mix together rest of cake mix with 1/2 cup melted butter and 1 egg. Press into a 13x9 inch pan.

Use reserved cake mix and mix with pumpkin, 3 eggs, brown sugar, milk and cinnamon. Mix together and pour into pan over first mixture.

Mix butter, sugar and chopped nuts together like pie crust. Sprinkle over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
