FLUFFY WAFFLES 
2 eggs, separated and whites whipped
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. melted shortening, cooled

Combine egg yolks and milk, add flour, baking powder and sugar then cooled shortening. Fold in beaten egg whites. Makes 4 to 6 waffles. Recipe can be doubled.
