1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 well beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. (or more) pecans
1 c. white (or dark) Karo syrup

Cream together butter and sugar. Mix well beaten eggs, Karo syrup, vanilla and add pecans. Pour into 3 Pet Ritz pie shells (Not deep pie shells). Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serves 18.
