ITALIAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE | |
1 large can tomato sauce 1 large can diced tomato several cloves garlic, chopped bunch of flat leaf parsley, chopped olive oil Coat the bottom of your saucepan with oil, sauté parsley and garlic until garlic is light brown. Careful not to burn. Add cans of tomato. Stir. Bring up to a boil then simmer at least 3 hours. This is a great base sauce which is wonderful plain or you can experiment with basil, onion, Italian sausage, peppers, etc. You will love this! Submitted by: DejaVu |
