PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. raw rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup

In mixing bowl, combine ground beef, rice, onion, pepper (green), egg, salt and pepper; mix well to blend.

Shape into 24 meatballs about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Place meatballs in slow cooking pot. Pour soup over meatballs.

Cover and slow cook at setting #2 about 7 hours.

Makes 4-6 servings.
