CRABMEAT IMPERIAL 
1 green pepper, finely diced
2 pimentos, finely diced
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. mayonnaise
3 lbs. lump crabmeat
Paprika

Mix green peppers and pimentos. Add mustard, salt, white pepper, eggs and mayonnaise. Mix well. Add crabmeat and mix with fingers so lumps are not broken. Divide into 8 crab shells or ramekins, heaping lightly. Top with a little additional mayonnaise and sprinkle with a little paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
