IRAN YOGURT HONEY CAKE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. yogurt
1 c. honey
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Beat eggs well, then mix in yogurt, hone and butter and blend thoroughly. Sift flour, soda, salt and spices and add to egg mixture stirring until smooth. Pour into large 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Topping: Melt 1/2 to 3/4 cups honey. Mix with chopped nuts and cinnamon. Spread over cake while warm.
