BUTTERMILK CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. Crisco
2 1/4 c. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. imitation vanilla

Mix ingredients as listed, combining flour and other dry ingredients and adding alternately with buttermilk. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour in well-greased and floured bundt pan.

FROSTING:

1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. Karo syrup
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. shredded coconut
2 tsp. imitation vanilla

Cook pineapple, syrup and sugar until it thickens like syrup. Add coconut and spread over cake while hot. This is a very moist cake.
