WALDORF CROWN SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. cubed apples
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stir in cold water (or use the ice cube method for fast setting). Chill until thickened. Fold in apples, celery and nuts. Pour in 5 cup ring mold. Chill until firm. Unmold. Surround with lettuce. Fill center with Regal Dressing.

REGAL DRESSING:

1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
