HOT CHICKEN OR CRAB SALAD 
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken or 1 c. flaked fresh or canned crabmeat
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
3 hard boiled eggs
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. white wine
Potato chips
Grated cheddar cheese
Almonds (optional)

Mix all together except the last 3 ingredients. Top with crushed potato chips then grated cheese. (Sliced almonds if desired.) Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with rice.
