1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Blend all ingredients. Makes 1 1/2 cups. Keep refrigerated.
