CHEESY SALAD 
3 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
1 (12 oz.) and 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkgs. pineapple and orange Jello
1 lg. can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 lg. can mandarin oranges, drained

Mix together cottage cheese and Cool Whip. Add 2 cups boiling water to Jello, dissolve and cool. Add the Cool Whip mixture and drained fruit to the Jello. Pour into large Pyrex baking dish and refrigerate.
