PAWLEY'S ISLAND SHRIMP CREOLE 
1 med. onion
1 green pepper
2 c. tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 lbs. med. shrimp (cooked, peeled and deveined)
1/2 c. chili sauce
3-4 shakes Tabasco sauce
Few grains cayenne pepper
1 tsp. sugar
5 slices bacon, crumbled

Saute chopped onions and pepper until tender. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili sauce, Tabasco, pepper and sugar. Simmer on low heat until 30 minutes before serving. Add shrimp and bacon. Continue to simmer. Serve over rice. Serves 4-6.
