CHICKEN MANDARIN STYLE 
1 chicken
1/4 c. fresh ginger, chopped fine
1/8 c. fresh garlic (chopped fine)
1 tsp. Accent
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Clean chicken and cut into serving pieces. Deep fat fry until done. Set aside.

Fry garlic and ginger until brown in saucepan. Place fried chicken, fried garlic and ginger. Cover with enough water and simmer for 5 minutes. Thicken with mixture of soy sauce, water and cornstarch. Pour mixture over chicken. Blend very well and cook 5 more minutes, then serve.
