RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
5 1/2 c. flour
3 c. sugar
5 tsp. baking soda

Mix oil, sugar and eggs until fluffy. Add soda, buttermilk and pineapple. Stir in cereal and flour. Will be quite moist. Bake in muffin tins, paper lined, greased or sprayed with Pam at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Makes 80 muffins. Batter may be kept in tupperware in refrigerator and used as needed. Muffins also freeze well.
