FROSTY-DIPPED BANANAS 
8 oz. milk chocolate
1 1/2 c. chopped peanuts
4 bananas, halved crosswise

In small heavy saucepan over very low heat, melt chocolate, stirring constantly. Do not add any liquid. Remove from heat and transfer to shallow dish. Insert wooden picks into fruit. Roll banana chunks into chocolate then immediately in chopped peanuts.

Place on baking sheet lined with waxed paper. Freeze until firm. If not eaten same day, wrap in moisture/vaporproof wrap and return to freezer. Put chocolate in shallow dish for easy dipping. Serves 8.
