GLAZED WALNUTS 
3-4 c. walnut meat, very lg. pieces work best
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sherry
1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon

Boil sugar and sherry. Bring to soft ball stage. Add cinnamon. Combine with nuts, mix well. Place in baking sheet, separating nuts. Let dry completely before storing. Store in covered container.
