CROISSANT SANDWICH 
4 croissants
butter
Mustard or mayonnaise
Leaf of lettuce
4 slices Colby cheese
8 tomato slices
4 tbsp. alfalfa sprouts
4 fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 sm. Kosher dill pickles, sliced
4 slices cooked turkey or ham

Split croissants. Spread lightly with butter and/or mayonnaise. Layer lettuce, cheese, tomato, sprouts, pickles, mushrooms and turkey or ham on bottom part of the croissant and top it with the other half. Makes 4 servings.
